By accessing or using Draftly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Draftly is a note-taking application that uses artificial intelligence to transcribe voice recordings, extract text from handwritten notes via OCR, and refine typed text. The App provides grammar correction, auto-summaries, and task extraction features.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all content you create, upload, or process through the App.
- You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Atkins Media and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the App.
5. AI-Generated Content
The App uses AI services to process and refine your content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated refinements, summaries, and task extractions may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-processed content.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Notes are stored locally on your device, and we do not retain copies of your content on our servers after processing.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI processing will be accurate.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atkins Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
