- Audio recordings: Voice memos are temporarily processed through our AI transcription service and are not stored on our servers after processing.
- Images: Photos of handwritten notes are temporarily processed through our AI OCR service and are not stored on our servers after processing.
- Text content: Notes you type are processed through our AI refinement service for grammar correction and summarization.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to provide the note-taking and AI refinement services within the app. Your data is processed in real-time and is not retained on our servers after the processing is complete.
3. Data Storage
All notes are stored locally on your device using local storage. We do not maintain copies of your notes on our servers. If you delete the app or clear its data, your notes will be permanently removed.
4. Third-Party Services
We use OpenAI's API services for audio transcription, image text extraction, and text refinement. Data sent to OpenAI is processed in accordance with their privacy policy and data processing agreements.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your information during transmission to our processing services. All data is transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
6. Children's Privacy
Draftly is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
